The Walking Dead is not just a comic, or just a TV series, recently launched on Fox, with the center of its story a group of survivors of a zombie attack. The Walking Dead is also a metaphor. Basically all the stories violent and monstrous mythology represent the fears of a certain historical moment, and even among U.S. bloggers who insinuates there is a connection between vampires and zombies Democrats-Republicans. Staying in our area, however, the metaphor may be different and if the horror was all about local politics? Here is one possible interpretation
